Important notice: as of 2010-07-30, the DNA.zip listed below contains new (v3) WHO Nomenclature instead. Downloads with old (v2) WHO Noemnclature are listed below under the section 'Old Nomenclature'. For more information on the WHO Nomenclature changes, see hla.alleles.org
Please note that the content of the DNA.zip file has slightly changed: the DNA loci have been corrected from "DNA_A" to "A*" etc.

Old (v2) WHO Nomenclature Files
The following files are reference files for the old (v2) WHO Nomenclature. Both zip files contain CSV files.
The DNA_v2v3.zip contains a mapping table, where each allele or allele combination have a value for both old and new nomenclature.
The format of the DNA_v2.zip file is identical to the DNA.zip listed above, but contains old nomenclature.
For more information on the WHO Nomenclature changes, see hla.alleles.org
These files were last updated 2010-07-13, and will no longer be updated.
